The WebCheckout Email Messaging module allows the operator to send email notifications to patrons. It uses standard email protocols so that it can integrate with any email server.

With the Email Messaging module, you can:

• Send reservation confirmations, late reminders, invoices, expiration of authorization, and cancellation notices
• Configure the lead time and frequency for reminders
• Customize the content of outgoing messages
• Restrict which operators are able to send emails
• See a log of emails sent
• Allow patrons to opt out of receiving emails
