WebCheckout is a browser-based resource management and scheduling system used by many of the leading academic, art, and film institutions around the world.

WebCheckout allows you to schedule, manage, and maintain information on resources such as A/V equipment, rooms, media, computers, medical equipment, and fleet vehicles. A single, easy-to-administer Intel server can accommodate the needs of dozens of campus resource centers, each having its own resources and operational rules. WebCheckout integrates with central administrative systems such as PeopleSoft, Banner, Datatel, Oracle, and others to maintain patron information, exchange billing data, and control access to resources.

Modular

Over the years, WebCheckout has expanded to include a suite of modules to handle specific departmental scheduling, billing, and other management needs. Additionally, WebCheckout integrates with control system manufacturers and library software providers to provide integrated scheduling solutions to customers. WebCheckout is also used for fixed asset management, tracking the depreciation, amortization, and scheduled repairs of all institutional resources.

Professional Services

WebCheckout's team of consultants offers professional assistance for training, customizing, and data integration. These services are billed separately. System Requirements

On the server side, WebCheckout runs on the Linux operating system and is supported by virtually every manufacturer of Intel-compatible servers. On the client side, WebCheckout can run in most modern browsers on Mac OS X, Windows, and Linux.
